San Francisco Wrestling Club Fall Training Session

 

Dates: September 2 2024 - October 23 2024 (8 weeks)

Youth Wrestlers (12 and under): Monday nights 6:30-8:00pm

High School: Wednesday nights 6:30 - 8:00pm

 

The San Francisco Wrestling Club is excited to announce a training opportunity for local high school and youth wrestlers!

 

Wrestlers between the ages of 13 to 18 can now join the San Francisco Wrestling Club for its spring training session, and we are also opening a youth class for those 12 and under.'

​

Youth practices will be focused on skill development, body control, technique, and learning the fundamentals to get ready for competition. 

High school will be season prep. Technique, sparring, live and conditioning to ensure high schoolers will be ready to compete once their season starts.

 

The cost for the full session is $250/athlete, and you must purchase a USA Wrestling Card for your athlete. Cash, checks, and Venmo are accepted. Payment options are listed in the registration form, and will be working direct with Coach Mancini.
